I'm going to show you three different ways that teens dressed in the '80s. So whether you're going to a costume party or if you're just into that '80s style, here's a few ways you can emulate it. Firstly, this is a great look for '80s prom or homecoming dance. This bright pink dress by Val Stefani also has a lot of volume and detail in the skirt. This is just right for an 80's movie. For the second look, this is like a daytime hang out at the beach with your friends '80s look. We started with some layering. The bright purple bra from Body Rock, a neon yellow tank from Jesse Junkies, and a pair of star shorts. The shorts I will note are high waisted as a lot were in the 1980s. We also layered on a vest by Gypsy Junkies to give it that kind of ripped up vintage '80s feel. For the third look, we have this brightly colored shirt by Girlfriend's Material. Worn off the shoulder as many were in the 1980s and cinched with a wide patent leather belt, also very '80s specific. As far as the shoes, a hot pink pair of shoes by SKOW. This really pulls together the bright pops of color for this '80s look. These are three different ways that you can dress like you're a teen in the 1980s..

Whenever you see LA riding around in his Livestrong kit, people assume that he is using this to raise awareness for his anti cancer campaign. Yet Livestrong is also the name of his for profit website. So next time you see the Livestrong logo plastered everywhere, ask yourself, does this really have everything to do with cancer, or is he advertising for his for profit website and earning ad revenue under the banner of fighting cancer? You might also reconsider the whole point of all those videos. Pageviews equal money. He just refuses to speak to the media, creates his own videos, drives traffic to his site to earn money. But the comeback is all about preventing cancer." I like to see the mechanics by which he uses naive and well meaning (and maybe a little cynical) people to line his pockets. But Does anyone HERE really need this thread to learn that a lot (but certainly not all) of the whole Livestrong deal is a way for its namesake to separate the aforementioned naive people from their cash? Personally, I don't think the livestrong supporters would have it any other way: they get the good feeling of donating to what they have determined to be a worthy cause without the hassle of actually doing anything. It's a mutually beneficial cynical relationship. Diamond shopping today have more choices than ever on where to buy their diamond engagement ring, diamond earrings and other diamond jewelry items. However, with greater selection come bigger potential risks and rewards. You need to do your homework and understaand how to select the best company for buying your diamond. The retail diamond market is comprised of three broad categories of diamond sources; jewelry stores, ecommerce diamond companies orfashion shops onlineand diamond brokers. In the not so far past, jewelry stores were the only option for people looking for diamonds. This was true for smaller and rural areas but because of the changing times and advanced technology, we are not given many options on where to buy diamonds. These jewelry stores depend on the impulse buying of customers therefore they keep a wide range of selection ready for people who comes in their stores. In order to attract impulse buyers, jewelers would built elaborate stores with polished marble floors, expensive displace cases and lighting that makes everything in the store sparkle. When diamonds were also offered in ecommerce shopping, it was one of the reasons for the big growth of the diamond industry. The convenience had made it possible for buyers to look at diamonds at the comforts of their homes. They can browse and look at pictures of the diamonds and even read necessary information about the item. Most diamonds online are cheaper and are affordable since sometimes, sellers online don't have to pay the rent and operates at their own home. There is a third type of diamond retailer, the diamond broker, that differs from the jewelry store or e commerce retailer. Like most e commerce retailers, brokers do not own inventory and have low overhead, but they differ in that they work as diamond consultants for the shopper to find the best diamonds meeting the customer's requirements. Black Flip 3s,By the 1990s, though, their product started to lose ground against the competition, which customers seemed to think was more effective. Since Persil hung their hat on the claim of making clothes cleaner than the rest, something drastic had to be done. They needed a chemical that would get the clothes clean . at all costs. What they came up with was Persil Power, a revolutionary super compact detergent that was lauded as the new king of washing powders. Grass stains would hear its name and shudder. Your whites would be so white that men would bow to you as an angel come to earth. Customers all over the country were quick to find out that the detergent applied a scorched earth mentality to cleaning clothes. It turned out that Persil Power was Unilever's first swing at equipping washing powders with chemical catalysts that increase their cleaning power. As such, they had little clue of what they were actually doing, and ended up making the mistake of testing the strength of their new concoction on brand new clothing, made from sturdy, workmanlike fabrics. This meant that the final product was so powerful, it wasn't only out to remove dirt; it was going to make sure dirt would have nothing to come back to, ever again. You only ever need to wash one piece of clothing as a warning to the others. tore through them in moments, usually leaving the clothes bleached and shredded to ruin. In a short period of time, Persil Power destroyed tons of clothing all over the country, rendering the entire wardrobes of untold families into useless piles of abused fabric that could only be worn at Burning Man. That shit was clean as hell, though. When Unilever finally decided to suck it up and bite the recall bullet, they found themselves buried under a slew of lawsuits from both retailers and consumers. Their groundbreaking formula ultimately ended up costing them around 250 million pounds. "We can recoup some of the losses if we turn this stuff into children's toys or something." Eventually, they ended up lowering the amount of destructive components and rereleased the detergent as New Generation Persil, which presumably could reliably be used to clean fabrics more delicate than dragon hide. "Now 40 percent less corrosive!" 1. The Flashlight That Can Stop Your Heart Consumer Product Safety Commissionif you have a pacemaker, that is. Bean, like all manufacturers, has had their ups and downs. For instance, the first product they manufactured was a hunting boot that was guaranteed to keep your feet dry. They got to eat more than their share of humble pie pretty much immediately, as 90 percent of the boots were returned for being cracked and leaky to the point of uselessness. Since then, they have produced some mighty fine and reliable footwear, so, lesson learned! The lesson? It's much easier to make small shoes waterproof. Bean launched a series of budget survival kits, most notably the handy Outdoorsman in a Bottle. It consisted of a water bottle, a blanket, a compass, a knife and a handy flashlight in other words, a pretty decent package for some emergency Bear Gryllsin'. It's not exactly a frivolous product if you're the outdoorsy type who could at any moment wind up stranded in some frozen wilderness due to a broken down vehicle and no cell reception. You've got a compass to point you in the right direction, and a flashlight to shine the way. And the flashlight doesn't even need batteries! Then, in January 2006, the company issued a hasty recall of each and every one of said kits. The kit is actually pretty goddamned dangerous on its own. Consumer Product Safety Commission But there's no danger of the other disaster survivors not knowing where you got your stylish blanket and shovel. Yeah, about the flashlight not needing batteries . Wait, did we say magnet? And it's in there next to a compass, which works based on detecting the Earth's magnetic field, and stops working forever if it gets too close to a magnet? Yep! The magical flashlight rendered the compass useless. You'll be lost, but at least you'll have a dim light that requires constant shaking. And that magnet was very, very strong. Like "disrupt a heart patient's implantable cardiac defibrillator" strong. Which, incidentally, it totally could. The recall, by the way, stated that they would happily replace your nonworking compass. And for the flashlight, they'll send you . a warning label you can stick on it telling heart patients to stay away. Well, hell, we could just write it on there with a Sharpie if that's all it needs. If you're wondering, yes, the product was recalled before any injuries were reported. But keep in mind that implantable defibrillators are devices that can jump start a failing heart if it stops beating, so you can imagine the lethal combination that could have resulted if the person's heart was already under heavy exertion from giving their flashlight a handjob. Order Mens Black Flip 3s,Air Jordan 14 Black Toe 2014 The holidays are here and the New Year is coming fast. In no time after the hustle and bustle of the holidays, you will return to your disheveled workspace and your daily routine. Perhaps you even tackled that resolution you made about getting organized and cleaning off your desk. But wait. Did you do it again this year? Did you create the list? You know the list I mean. That list you created in the midst of your year end/new year clean up effort. The list that includes all those things that you intended to get done last year but did not, AND all those things you are firmly committed to for the next year. The list that has the nice check boxes and the specific deadlines for completion for every item. Yes, that list. Don get me wrong. Creating the list was a very good idea and merits a round of applause. You invested your time wisely and assembled all the carryover items in one place, while defining a clear plan for the year ahead. But you can not afford to stop there. Realize that when you created the list you implicitly committed yourself to do more in the next year. Think about it. Not only are you committing to do the things you planned for next year, but you are also carrying over all of the things you did not finish last year. And chances are, if you are like most people, the list is already too long to be accomplished in a single year, and we are not even half way through the first month! But that is not inherently bad. There is great value in setting ambitious goals that will stretch you and make you grow. Here is the problem: There are likely to be many things on your list that simply do not belong. Here why. Some of the items you carried over from last year would merit your effort that effort had been given last year. Now they are merely things you feel obligated to do because they are on your list. But in the context of what really matters next year, they do not justify any additional effort. Other items on the list are no longer relevant. Allocating your time and energy to them will at best make you feel good because you followed through and will at worst make you look bad because it took you so long to get them done. If you were to abandon them completely and never touch them again, almost no one would notice (and you would rest better because they would be out of your sight and your mind!). You get the point. A list of carryover to do items and new to do items for the year ahead is an important first step that many of us take each year as part of our fresh start. But if we stop there and begin to tackle all of the items on the list, we doom ourselves to repeat the process again in 12 months. Here a better solution for the everyday leader when preparing your New Year Resolutions for your business. 1. If you have not already done so, create your composite list. Include everything that you planned to do last year that was not completed, along with all the things you plan to do next year. 2. Examine your list carefully and rate each item either: Urgent needs to be completed within the next 60 days; Not Urgent needs to be completed within the next 9 12 months; Not Yours needs to be completed but not by you; or Not Important does not really need to be done at all. 3. Focus only on the most important things. Delete all of the items you ranked Not Important from the list a fool would allocate energy to doing things that are not important! 4. Create two lists from the remaining items: YOUR LIST: Includes all of the Urgent and Not Urgent items from step 2 sorted by their Urgent/Not Urgent ratings; and THEIR LIST: Includes all of the Not Yours items from step 2. NOTE: If you are self employed or do not have direct reports, you may find this step a bit awkward at first. But chances are there are items on your list that you cannot and should not do, and they need to be passed along to those who can and should do them. You might assign some items to your administrative assistant, others to your direct reports, and others to vendors and suppliers with whom you can outsource the task. The objective is to develop a clear alignment of responsibilities for these items so that you can monitor their completion rather than doing them yourself. Prioritize the items in terms of when they need to be completed; keep the ratings in place for Urgent versus Not Urgent, as you will use them again in steps 7 8. 7. Schedule YOUR PRIORITIZED LIST Using YOUR PRIORITIZED LIST and your calendar, schedule appointments with yourself to work on all of the Not Urgent items on the list so that they will be completed at least 3 4 weeks prior to their due date. Let nothing interfere with these appointments with yourself and commit to getting these things done in advance so they do not become urgent items like the others on the list. Black Flip 3s Hi. I'm Trina Sims of Green Star Herbs. And today I'm going to talk about some home remedies for toe nail fungus. Now remember, all remedies for this problem take time, because you can't restore the nail that has been damaged. You have to wait for fresh healthy nails to grow out. So, the sooner you start, the better. You want to change your footwear every day. Don't want to wear the same pair of shoes two days in a row, if you can help it. Or, at least dry them out carefully overnight. Change your socks at least once a day. Expose our feet to sunlight and air, as often as you can. Perfectly fine for you to sit in the shade and leave your tootsies out in the nice bright sun. Twenty to thirty minutes, two or three times a week at least, will really make a difference. Then once a week, you want to soak your feet for twenty to thirty minutes, in a pan of warm water, with either some apple cider vinegar, or a hand full of salt in it. Buff away the dead skin. You can use a luffa, a brush, a pumas stone, or even just a nice rough wash cloth. Then blot your feet dry. Trim your toe nails short. Twice a day, every day, you want to apply full strength, something like tea tree oil, oregano or thyme oil, or even full strength lavender oil. Try to remember to do this twice a day, preferably morning, and evening. It just takes a moment to wisp these on quickly with something like a q tip, works just fine pumas stone. It'll take some months, but within weeks, you should start to see healthy new nail growing out of the base. Continue, to treat them in this manner, and be patient. Be diligent. Over time, this can work for you. I hope this information is helpful. Thank you.
